MemorioThis Privacy Policy explains how Maryna Kebede (“we”, “us”, “our”), the developer of Memorio (the “App”), handles information when you use the App. By using Memorio, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Our privacy-first approach
Memorio is designed to work on your device. Scanning, grouping, and cleaning of your photos and videos happen locally on your iPhone. We do not upload, copy, or store your personal media on our servers, and we never sell your media or personal data.
2. Information we process
- Media library access. With your permission, the App reads your photos and videos to detect duplicates, similar items, screenshots, selfies, and large files. This analysis is performed on-device.
- Secret Space content. Media you move into Secret Space is stored locally and protected by a PIN you set. We do not have access to your PIN or its contents.
- Diagnostic & usage data. We may collect anonymized, aggregated data such as crash reports, feature usage, and device type to improve stability and performance.
- Purchase data. Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple. We receive confirmation of your purchase status but not your payment card details.
3. How we use information
We use the limited information above to provide and maintain the App's features, fix bugs, improve performance, process subscriptions, and respond to support requests.
4. Permissions
Memorio requests access to your Photos to perform cleanup. You can grant or revoke this permission at any time in your device Settings. Revoking access may limit or disable core features.
5. Third-party services
We may use trusted third-party providers for analytics and crash reporting. These providers process only the limited, anonymized data described above and are bound by their own privacy commitments. Payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple under Apple's privacy terms.
6. Data retention
Because your media is processed on-device, we do not retain it. Any anonymized diagnostic data is kept only as long as needed to operate and improve the App.
7. Children's privacy
Memorio is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at main@memorio-cleanerai.com.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised “Last updated” date.
