Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Memorio (the “App”), provided by Maryna Kebede (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App; (b) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to bypass security or usage limits; or (d) resell, rent, or sublicense the App.

3. Your content and responsibility

Memorio helps you delete and organize your own media. Deletions are permanent once confirmed and removed from your device and any linked storage. You are solely responsible for reviewing selections and maintaining your own backups before cleaning. We are not liable for any loss of photos, videos, or other data.

4. Secret Space

Secret Space is protected by a PIN that you create and control. If you lose or forget your PIN, we may be unable to help you recover access to its contents. Keep your PIN safe.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by Maryna Kebede and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific amount of storage will be recovered.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maryna Kebede shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the competent courts of Ukraine.
